What to Expect

You can expect a hands-on approach where a trained therapist guides your body through a series of stretches. The therapist will gently manipulate your muscles and joints to enhance flexibility, reduce tension, and improve range of motion. We also use a device classified as percussion massage therapy which utilizes rapid, repetitive strokes delivered by a handheld device to deeply penetrate muscle tissue, promoting relaxation, reducing muscle soreness, and enhancing blood flow. This therapy is particularly effective for relieving tension, improving flexibility, and accelerating recovery after intense physical activity. You may feel mild discomfort as tight areas are worked on, but it should not be painful. Communication with your therapist is crucial to ensure the stretches are effective and comfortable. The session typically results in a feeling of increased mobility, reduced muscle stiffness, and overall relaxation.
